Description

You will define and implement tailored solutions for Taxation program areas, leading the transition to MYNT and managing documentation across multiple business lines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to end-user requirements under guidance from Business/Functional Leads, Technical Leads, and Project Managers.
• Lead the transition to MYNT, rebranding content for the project using the team template.
• Write technical documentation and review processes for multiple business lines, managing content on the Project SharePoint site.
• Evaluate documentation for UTS Modernization and other projects.
• Prepare the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) with fellow BPA staff and write test cases mapping to the RTM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience documenting functional and technical requirements for modernization projects.
• Understanding of AS-IS business platforms and supporting departmental processes.
• Familiarity with Project Managers methodologies.
• Experience working with Functional Lead direction.
• Experience working with Technical Lead direction.
