Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation activities and requirements gathering.
• Document business processes and workflows using Visio.
• Support technology implementations and software development lifecycles.
• Coordinate between technical teams and project management to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven background in software development or technology implementations.
• Experience in project management or technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Visio for process mapping.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
