Description

You will manage software asset management processes and requirements documentation for complex enterprise systems.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work mode line is added.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document work processes, logical relationships, and information flows using Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Build and track Requirements Traceability Matrices to ensure project alignment.
• Review and interpret complex contractual obligations related to enterprise software asset management.
• Develop and maintain training manuals covering Software Asset Management roles, processes, and workflows.
• Craft reports to facilitate periodic true-ups of enterprise server-side software assets.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering using Lean methodologies.
• 6+ years of experience managing requirements for complex enterprise systems involving multiple data centers and infrastructure.
• 6+ years of experience with Software Asset Management systems and server-side license compliance.
• 6+ years of experience using Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint to document information flows and processes.
• 5+ years of experience interpreting complex contractual obligations for software assets.
• 4+ years of experience with SAM discovery and repository tools such as Snow License Manager, ServiceNow, or Remedy.
• 4+ years of experience developing training manuals and conducting stakeholder knowledge transfer sessions.
