Description

You will translate business needs into technical requirements and manage the product lifecycle from planning through production.

Responsibilities

• Develop business requirement specifications, user stories, business rules, process models, and wireframes.
• Analyze core business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and perform gap analysis.
• Facilitate workshops with SMEs and manage stakeholder engagement to gather project requirements.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs while overseeing development stages including refinement and release.
• Identify project risks, estimate workloads, and communicate execution plans to Project Managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in process mapping and process re-engineering.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating workflows and business processes.
• Experience developing instructional documentation, procedural manuals, and presentations.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder objectives.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate equivalent.
