Description

You will perform advanced business analysis to plan and implement data governance tools and metadata management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection and identification of data assets from various sources to implement metadata management.
• Evaluate business systems and processes to build operational metadata management workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, IT teams, and program stakeholders.
• Design and implement data acquisition strategies and solutions.
• Conduct design meetings, metadata modeling sessions, and create status reporting for leadership.
• Create process flows and data flow diagrams to document technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst.
• 8+ years of experience with enterprise data analytics, integration, and management.
• Extensive experience working with data warehouse and data governance technologies.
• Proficiency in analyzing raw data using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to interpret technical information, including regulations and policies.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
• Proven ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica Data Governance tools, including Axon Data Governance and Enterprise Data Catalog.
• Familiarity with the Texas Data Management Framework.
