Perform complex business analysis to drive solution delivery from requirements gathering through testing and approval.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements by interacting with end users and translating them into technical solutions.
• Coordinate and develop test plans, strategies, exit criteria, and test scenarios.
• Review and approve complex technical user and system requirements provided by vendors.
• Approve and prioritize user stories based on stakeholder feedback and subject matter expertise.
• Report project status to management, detailing risks, issues, and key decisions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
• 8+ years experience utilizing the Agile software development methodology.
• 8+ years experience performing complex business analysis and writing technical documentation.
• 8+ years experience identifying project risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• 8+ years experience utilizing business analysis skills with business end users.
• 8+ years experience coordinating and executing detailed test cases within a complex software environment.
• 8+ years experience reporting project status to management.
• 8+ years experience with effective general written and oral communication.
• 8+ years experience with Microsoft Office products (Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Texas Medicaid programs and PASRR.
• Experience with the Long-Term Care Online Portal application.
