Description

Drive requirements gathering and enterprise analysis for authorization and permit processing applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop design documents and SQL-driven screen prototypes based on user requirements.
• Present prototypes to end users to validate usability and incorporate functional changes.
• Produce module specifications, unit test requirements, and system/integration test requirements.
• Create detailed flowcharts, models, and program/user documentation.
• Execute acceptance testing and implement modifications prior to formal production release.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis, identifying project gaps, and planning milestones.
• Experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• Experience with JBoss JEE environments and Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of web services and proxy technologies.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, including screen readers like NVDA.
• Ability to work within an iterative prototype-user evaluation life cycle.

Preferred Skills

• 4 years of Project Management experience, including task scheduling and team management.
