Lead digital transformation and business process reengineering initiatives for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
• Develop business architecture artifacts, including process models, capability models, value streams, and organizational models.
• Create business process diagrams using BPMN, UML, and ArchiMate.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
• Perform risk analysis, cost/benefit analysis, ROI evaluations, and solution assessments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Data Analyst in enterprise environments.
• 8+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Business Process Reengineering projects.
• Strong expertise in MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) including State Self-Assessment (SS-A).
• Expert knowledge of Business Process Modeling tools and methodologies (BPMN, UML, ArchiMate).
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience analyzing and improving complex business processes and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
