This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate stakeholder business needs across projects.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications for developers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to prototype and co-design innovative solutions.
• Define project scope, vision, and impact metrics in coordination with project sponsors.
• Manage and track requirement status throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Expertise in eliciting requirements using workshops, use cases, and workflow storyboards.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements using standard templates and creating process models.
• Experience acting as the intermediary between business partners and IT teams.
• Familiarity with Solution Architecture and Project Management practices.
• Ability to conduct quality assurance reviews on requirements and deliverables.
• Experience in Vendor Management and supporting Infrastructure initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
