Description

You will perform advanced business analysis focused on applications and software development, leading the service-request lifecycle from initial customer request through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the service-request lifecycle process from initial customer request through implementation.
• Analyze business requirements and document complex business workflows.
• Conduct requirements solicitation and perform peer reviews of business requirements.
• Develop technical specifications and review related project artifacts.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to system implementation.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience in business analysis.
• 8 years of experience in business process mapping.
• 8 years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• 8 years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience working within the applications and software development lifecycle.
• Any Graduate degree.
