Business Analyst 3

You will own the documentation and delivery of business requirements for IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements ensuring they are clear, unambiguous, testable, and meet business needs per established templates and policies.
• Facilitate requirement gathering meetings to identify impacted processes and document project business requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the project backlog in Agile projects, collaborating with the Product Owner to set priorities according to the project schedule.
• Monitor requirements processes to ensure adherence to project objectives and understand the impact of scope or requirement changes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX architects, DBAs, developers, and QA testers to validate the understanding of solution functionality and scalability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance processes.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps or similar tooling like Jira, including creating epics, features, and user stories.
• 3+ years of experience creating as-is/to-be processes and content.
• 3+ years of experience creating product roadmaps.
• Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Understanding of BA, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities.
• Adeptness in using BA tools such as FIGMA or Visio.
