You will document clear, testable business requirements that adhere to DTMB and MDOS policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement gathering meetings with stakeholders to identify impacted business processes.
• Maintain the project backlog in Agile environments and collaborate with the product owner on prioritization.
• Monitor the requirements process to ensure adherence to project scope and objectives.
• Work with UI/UX architects, DBAs, developers, and QA testers to define solution functionality and scalability.
• Provide analysis for Build vs. Buy decisions and manage SEM deliverables.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps or Jira, including managing epics, features, and user stories.
• 3+ years of experience with as-is/to-be process mapping and content creation.
• 3+ years of experience creating product roadmaps.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile and Project Management methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience using BA tools such as Figma or Visio.
• Strong understanding of BA, QA, and Developer roles and responsibilities.
• Ability to manage information governance and stakeholder data requirements.
