Description

You will drive business requirements, system enhancements, and technical solutions for healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop business requirements, documentation, and flow diagrams for system modifications and new initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to integrate requirements into system design and testing phases.
• Execute functional and systems integration unit testing, including creating test plans, scenarios, and results.
• Evaluate alternative strategies and recommend solutions compatible with current technology and systems.
• Facilitate project meetings and planning sessions while providing implementation support and customer training.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and process engineering.
• 7+ years of experience with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
• 7+ years of experience with the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• 7+ years of experience with Healthcare Information Systems.
• 7+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 7+ years of experience in change management procedures and quality assurance techniques.
• Proficiency with Visio, SharePoint, Google Meets, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience performing systems analysis or architecting technical solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with RFP creation, coordination, and review.
