Description

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and end-to-end testing for Workday Recruiting enhancements and integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to translate business needs into actionable requirements and perform impact analysis across Workday Recruiting and downstream integrations.
• Own the QA lifecycle, including test strategy, scenario development, defect management, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform basic Workday Recruiting configuration, such as business process modifications, notifications, and questionnaires.
• Diagnose root causes of complex issues and implement scalable solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or Business Systems Analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting testing and functional requirements.
• Basic experience with Workday Recruiting configuration.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in QA/UAT methodologies and defect management.
• Ability to perform system impact analysis across integrations and downstream processes.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with HR systems, integrations, and SaaS platforms.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, and analysis.
