Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business systems and technical requirements within accounting, finance, and project management domains.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user needs to document requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications, including table and column level interface requirements.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects from inception to completion, including buy vs. build analysis and procurement of solutions.
• Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting for internal applications and tools.
• Coordinate upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes across impacted departments by defining scope and implementation timelines.
• Execute quality assurance testing to ensure systems meet business needs prior to implementation.

Required Skills

• Experience documenting business processes and system architecture.
• Ability to write and review complex technical documentation.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint (Accounting/Finance).
• Experience with Deltek Time Capture (Time Recording).
• Experience with Primavera (Project Scheduling).
• Experience with Propricer (Proposal Costing).
• Experience with Cognos (Reporting).
• Ability to debug system interface issues.
• Experience managing trouble tickets and assigning tasks to junior team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with database administration teams to implement system interfaces.
