Description

You will support the transition of an on-premises SQL Server-based data warehouse to a vendor-hosted SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and develop technical artifacts required by the EDW vendor for architecture and build phases.
• Coordinate with DBHDS and partner stakeholders to analyze business needs and data exchange requirements.
• Work with vendors to build integrations with source systems and implement a Master Patient Index.
• Analyze data to be used internally and exchanged between DBHDS and external partners.
• Capture critical information during stakeholder meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data warehouse implementations.
• 8 years of experience gathering, compiling, evaluating, and interpreting complex information.
• 8 years of experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• 8 years of experience presenting work results and recommendations in verbal and written forms.
• 8 years of expert-level proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing complex projects requiring coordination across multiple workstreams.
• SQL skills for data analysis.

Preferred Skills

• 4 years of experience analyzing SQL Server stored procedures to extract business rules and data quality checks.
• 4 years of experience with health information systems, health data, and clinical or billing codes.
