Description

You will lead business process reviews and requirements documentation for complex IT projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process reviews and elicit detailed requirements.
• Manage and develop user stories within Agile development environments.
• Facilitate discussions with senior management to determine strategy and build consensus.
• Support the development of statements of work and contractual agreements.
• Implement IT solutions for public use and support IT infrastructure projects.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of general Business Analyst experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business process review and requirements elicitation.
• 5+ years of experience managing user stories on Agile projects.
• 2+ years of experience facilitating strategy and roadmap discussions with senior management.
• 2+ years of experience supporting statements of work or contract compliance.
• 2+ years of experience implementing IT solutions for public use.
• 1+ years of experience working on IT infrastructure projects.
• 1+ years of experience working within state or federal regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor's Degree.
