Description

You will act as a functional liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to support reconciliation projects and other upcoming pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to drive process mapping and reengineering.
• Design technical and business requirement documents using SMART metrics.
• Map customer requirements to target system capabilities and prepare functional and technical specifications.
• Develop technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and technical reports.
• Perform risk identification and financial analysis, including ROI calculations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation.
• Extensive experience utilizing Azure DevOps functionality.
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its applications.
• Practical experience with IBM middleware products.
• Advanced elicitation and analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to serve as a liaison between business and technical groups.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically regarding IT project management.
• Experience training junior Business Analysts.
