You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage the workflow between stakeholders and development teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed technical and business requirement documents.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical groups.
• Manage requirements and workflows using Azure DevOps.
• Create visual models and prototypes to support requirement gathering.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for project tracking.
• Experience using Figma for design and prototyping.
• Skill in using Visio for process mapping.
• Advanced use of MS Office products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to produce formal technical documentation.
