💼 Position Overview:
As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will lead requirements discovery, improve business processes, and support testing strategies in an Agile environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews & workshops
✔ Translate business needs into user stories, functional specs & acceptance criteria
✔ Create and maintain BRD, FRD, process flows & data mapping documents
✔ Perform gap analysis & impact analysis for system enhancements
✔ Manage backlogs, user stories, and defects using Azure DevOps
✔ Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups & retrospectives
✔ Oversee QA processes, testing lifecycle & UAT coordination
✔ Ensure requirements traceability & high-quality delivery
✔ Act as liaison between business, development & QA teams

🛠 Required Skills:
✔ Strong experience in Business Analysis & SDLC
✔ Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (Boards, Work Items, Dashboards)
✔ Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
✔ Solid background in QA, testing strategies & defect management
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
