Lead requirements discovery, process improvement, and testing strategies for scalable enterprise solutions in an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to define business needs.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain BRD, FRD, process flows, and data mapping documents.
• Manage backlogs, user stories, and defects using Azure DevOps.
• Oversee QA processes, testing lifecycles, and UAT coordination to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (Boards, Work Items, Dashboards).
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
• Solid background in QA, testing strategies, and defect management.
• Proven ability to perform gap analysis and impact analysis for system enhancements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data integration.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and release management.
