Description

You will support the implementation of a new Computer-Aided Dispatch, Case Management, and Records Management System by assisting with COTS vendor selection and product integration.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and clarify business requirements through stakeholder interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Model business processes, workflows, and diagrams to visualize current and future state operations using Microsoft Visio.
• Perform data analysis, including data mapping, profiling, and quality assurance to understand information flow.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist in the evaluation and selection of IT solutions.
• Support testing efforts by developing test plans and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process modeling.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to create business requirement documents, project plans, and status reports.
• Experience with data privacy, security compliance, and risk assessment.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP certification.
