Description

Perform technical business and systems analysis to assess new intakes for alignment with Enterprise Architecture and lead the delivery of business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Document business cases, automate manual processes, and develop metrics and reports for transparency.
• Translate business drivers and pain points into technical specifications and design appropriate solutions.
• Design and develop dashboards, scorecards, charts, pivot tables, and reporting systems.
• Support business users with dashboard development, troubleshooting existing reports, and updating data sources.
• Author context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and business process diagrams for system design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business and systems analysis.
• Proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience creating visualizations, data flow diagrams, and business process diagrams.
• Ability to provide accurate cost and effort estimations for business cases.
• Experience publishing reports to on-prem and cloud report servers.
• Proven ability to work independently to gather and deliver requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to communicate technical implications and alternative options to stakeholders.
