Description

Analyze complex processes and systems to identify root causes and break them down into manageable components.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create swim lane and flow chart diagrams to communicate system modifications to technical staff and executive management.
• Manage agile items including product backlogs, epics, features, user stories, and tasks using Azure DevOps (TFS).
• Facilitate system integration testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during new system rollouts.
• Translate technical requirements for business users and business needs for developers while negotiating priorities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of APIs and data flow diagrams.
• Experience managing agile items and test plans within Azure DevOps (TFS).
• Hands-on experience working in both Agile/Scrum (including SAFe) and Waterfall environments.
• Skill in business process modelling using swim lane and flow chart diagrams.
• Proven ability to manage user adoption during system or process rollouts.
• Ability to write clear documentation and deliver professional presentations.
