Description

Lead analysis, requirements definition, and system implementation support for IT projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex processes and systems, breaking them down into manageable components.
• Gather requirements by conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, preparing diagrams for technical and executive audiences.
• Support system integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Model business processes using Swim Lane and Flow Chart Diagrams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT project roles.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex systems and identifying root causes.
• Experience with enterprise software such as Oracle and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, and Data Flow Diagrams.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (TFS) for managing Agile items (Backlogs, Epics, User Stories).
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum (including SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical discussions to business language and vice versa.
• Experience with Business Process Modelling.
