Own the analysis and translation of business needs into actionable technical requirements for large-scale application projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals and translate technical concepts into business language.
• Lead discussions between developers and architects to bridge the gap between business needs and technical constraints.
• Partner with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely, in-scope delivery of solutions.
• Analyze project data to extract insights that drive data-driven decision-making.
• Determine the appropriate solution path: custom build, COTS purchase, or system modernization.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, translating business processes into technical requirements.
• 10+ years eliciting requirements and producing detailed technical design documents.
• Expertise in reviewing technical designs for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools for creating flowcharts, data models, and process diagrams.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices within software development.
• Experience assessing system needs, including legacy modernization and integration strategies.
• Strong analytical ability to solve complex business issues and make decisions under pressure.
