Description

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by documenting clear, testable requirements and managing project backlogs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements using standard templates in accordance with DTMB and Treasury policies.
• Facilitate requirement gathering meetings with stakeholders to identify impacted business processes.
• Maintain the project backlog during Agile projects and collaborate with the Product Owner to set priorities.
• Work with UI/UX designers, tech leads, architects, DBAs, and developers to ensure requirement clarity and system scalability.
• Monitor project scope and requirements processes to ensure adherence to project objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Proven experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience with ADO and ADO Test Plans.
• Ability to analyze existing and future-state business processes, data, and systems.
• Experience working within Agile project frameworks.
• Strong understanding of information governance and data requirements.
• Ability to resolve critical IT issues related to the BA role.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and solution architects.
