You will ensure developed solutions meet business requirements and maintain high product quality through rigorous testing and defect management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test cases and execute Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) within project schedules.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, remediation tracking, and facilitating triage meetings.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by conducting training sessions for testers and stakeholders.
• Prepare test data and verify QA environment readiness, including interfaces.
• Participate in requirement and functional design reviews to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or business analysis roles.
• Experience working with Product Owners to manage backlogs and defect severity.
• Proven ability to perform Business Analysis to clarify requirements.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX Designers to provide usability input.
• Strong defect management skills and traceability to user stories.
• Ability to work independently to define tests and capture detailed progress.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to provide analysis and data to support Go/No Go project decisions.
