Description

You will drive requirements and documentation standards for the MiTreas legacy conversion project.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions using Waterfall and Agile methodologies to identify business process impacts and IT solution integrations.
• Write, modify, and review system documentation, artifact reviews, and project management documents.
• Facilitate working sessions and present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage change control processes by validating Local and Enterprise Change Board documents and ensuring production system fixes adhere to standards.
• Develop training content and facilitate training sessions for users.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working within Agile environments.
• Expertise in writing and maintaining technical system documentation.
• Ability to work independently and lead peer artifact reviews with security and enterprise entities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical translation.
• Experience with defect tracking and problem resolution facilitation.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to work onsite in Dimondale, MI, at least twice a week for a hybrid model.

Preferred Skills

• Experience validating test data and results, differentiating between defects and new requirements.
• Familiarity with SUITE PMM and SEM methodologies for schedule estimate compliance.
