Description

You will provide leadership in information technology, strategic planning, and process engineering for the Student Affairs Division.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, enhancement, testing, and implementation of all Student Affairs Division software.
• Collaborate with Information Technology Services to manage project portfolios, evaluate resource availability, and prioritize backlogs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation within Argos and other reporting tools.
• Manage website content, SharePoint sites, forms, and training materials for student-related systems.
• Document process and data flows and create high-level policy and procedure documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience extracting and analyzing data.
• 7+ years of experience with enterprise systems in a large, complex organization, preferably in higher education or non-profit environments.
• 4-5 years of experience documenting process and data flows.
• 4-5 years of experience managing project portfolios, requirements, and dependencies.
• 4-5 years of experience learning and utilizing software systems and interfaces such as Banner, CRM, National Student Clearinghouse, and MTA.
• 2-3 years of experience coordinating software development and implementation.
• Experience providing system expertise for strategic enrollment management systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide system and process expertise to departments including Admissions, Records, Registration, and Advising.
