You will act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and technical teams to ensure effective integration between business needs and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize requirements for IT solutions while evaluating business impact and risks from proposed legislation or enhancement requests.
• Develop, implement, and execute test plans and test data to verify program logic and differentiate between defects and new requirements.
• Research and provide input for Statements of Work (SOW), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
• Draft Local Change Board documents, RFCs, and maintain system documentation through upgrades.
• Coordinate work tasks for support teams and vendors while providing regular status updates to project stakeholders.
• Participate in artifact reviews to ensure applications adhere to security requirements, agency policies, and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics365 and Microsoft DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management Methodology (PMM).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and project-tracking tools like MS Project.
• Understanding of application security and data processing hardware and software principles.
• Knowledge of application development environments and object-oriented application design techniques.
• Ability to perform technical research, investigation, and systems analysis.
• Experience documenting IT solutions following standard technology guidelines.
