You will manage business and technical requirements for telecommunications infrastructure service requests and integrated projects.
Responsibilities
Gather business and technical requirements during client kickoff meetings and facilitate requirement review sessions.
Consult with Subject Matter Experts to complete integrated projects for WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, Contact/Call Centers, Telephony, and Video services.
Identify impacted business processes and determine optimal IT solution integration.
Disseminate technical information effectively to technical teams, customers, and managers.
Manage multiple projects based on agency assignments within a complex enterprise network environment.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
3-5 years of experience working within a telecommunications environment.
3-5 years of experience in a large enterprise setting.
3-5 years of experience working with multiple network platforms and lines of service.
3-5 years of experience using Microsoft Project and Excel.
3-5 years of experience using Remedy/Helix.
Proven experience working with multiple agencies, vendors, or departments.
Strong organization, prioritization, and interpersonal communication skills.
