Description

You will manage requirements, project specifications, and communication between business product owners and development teams within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions independently and facilitate meetings between technical teams and business clients.
• Maintain the backlog of work items, track sprints, and monitor ticket progress using Azure DevOps.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and change requests throughout the Change Management lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison with State of Michigan auditors and ensure adherence to department change management policies.
• Provide management with project status reports, resource demand projections, and maintained documentation on SharePoint.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software development projects.
• 5+ years of experience leading meetings, conducting training, and delivering oral and written presentations.
• 2+ years of experience acting as a liaison between development teams and project managers or clients.
• 1+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, specifically creating User Stories and queries.
• 3+ years of proficiency with MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of Software Development lifecycles.
