Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and process analysis sessions.
Create business process flows, use cases, swim lanes, and project documentation.
Support RFP preparation, project estimation, impact analysis, and planning activities.
Collaborate with vendors, business users, and development teams throughout the SDLC.
Develop and coordinate test plans, test cases, and UAT activities.
Identify risks, recommend process improvements, and provide project status updates.
Support Agile/Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Business Analysis and SDLC methodologies.
Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and project planning methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Visio.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
