Description

Act as the liaison between clients, vendors, and technical teams to align business needs with technology solutions. Own the requirements gathering process, evaluating business impact and risks from proposed enhancements or legislation. Develop and execute test plans to verify program logic, distinguishing between defects and new requirements. Research and contribute to Statements of Work (SOW), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and Requests for Proposals (RFP). Draft Local Change Board documents and RFCs while maintaining system documentation through upgrades. Coordinate support tasks for teams and vendors, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Participate in artifact reviews to ensure applications meet security requirements, agency policies, and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics365 and Microsoft DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management Methodology (PMM).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and project-tracking tools like MS Project.
• Understanding of application security and data processing hardware and software principles.
• Knowledge of application development environments and object-oriented application design techniques.
• Ability to perform technical research, investigation, and systems analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting IT solutions following standard technology guidelines.
