Act as the liaison between clients, vendors, and technical teams to align business needs with technology solutions. Own the requirements gathering process, evaluating business impact and risks from proposed enhancements or legislation. Develop and execute test plans to verify program logic, distinguishing between defects and new requirements. Research and contribute to Statements of Work (SOW), Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and Requests for Proposals (RFP). Draft Local Change Board documents and RFCs while maintaining system documentation through upgrades. Coordinate support tasks for teams and vendors, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Participate in artifact reviews to ensure applications meet security requirements, agency policies, and standards.
