Description

You will act as the primary liaison between DTMB and project stakeholders to drive requirements elicitation and strategy development for IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements elicitation meetings and drive stakeholder consensus on priorities.
• Perform gap-fit analysis and requirements refinement for in-flight projects.
• Document functional and technical specifications, user stories, and session outcomes.
• Prepare solution options, risk identifications, and financial analyses including cost/benefit and ROI.
• Develop RFPs and support business intelligence, reporting, and data warehouse requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Direct experience with DTMB processes.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, business process reengineering, and process mapping.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and evaluating business systems.
• Ability to conduct buy/build and ROI analyses.
• Strong background in preparing technical specifications for data warehousing and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and navigate agency compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deployment and management of end-user reporting tools and platforms.
