Description

You will act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business clients to support web applications and project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and facilitate meetings between technical teams and business clients.
• Manage the backlog of work items, project tasks, and timelines within Azure DevOps.
• Oversee the Change Management lifecycle and ensure adherence to department policies.
• Provide management with project status reports and resource demand projections.
• Delegate tasks and lead a team of business analysts through complex project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proven experience managing work requests through the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency using Azure DevOps for backlog management and sprint tracking.
• Experience with Change Management processes.
• Ability to lead requirement meetings independently.
• Strong critical thinking and detail-oriented documentation skills.
• Experience managing project communications between product owners and development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large-scale grants management systems or financial payment applications.
