Description

You will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and validate system requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document clear, testable business and system requirements.
• Create user stories, features, epics, and As-Is and To-Be process flow diagrams.
• Lead requirement sessions with stakeholders, developers, testers, architects, and UI/UX designers.
• Maintain the project backlog and support sprint planning within Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Assist in Build vs. Buy decision-making processes to ensure alignment with project scope.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience documenting requirements, including Epics, Features, and User stories.
• 5+ years of experience creating As-Is and To-Be business process flow documents.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related Business degree.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and technical architects.
