You will lead business analysis for complex computer systems and manage the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional requirements for large-scale development projects.
• Create, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Design training plans and materials to support system adoption.
• Maintain and update all technical systems documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of experience developing functional requirements.
• 8+ years of experience in test plan and test case implementation.
• 8+ years of experience creating training materials and system documentation.
• 5+ years of experience working within Agile development processes.
• 5+ years of experience with test-driven development.
• 5+ years of programming in SQL and/or PL/SQL, preferably Oracle.
• Hands-on experience working with HIPAA data.
• Proficiency using Azure DevOps.
