Description

You will provide senior-level business analysis, process modeling, and software project execution support. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Support project planning, estimation, and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate testing activities to ensure solution delivery.
• Collaborate with business subject matter experts (SMEs).
• Provide support across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis methodologies and process modeling (As-Is / To-Be).
• Experience in Requirements gathering and documentation (Business, Functional, Technical).
• Knowledge of Project Planning and Solution Delivery.
• Familiarity with Software Project Management principles.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience supporting quality assurance and validation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise-level software projects.
