Description

You will serve as both Scrum Master and Business Analyst for a public loan forgiveness submission website and an internal review web application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements directly from business users.
• Facilitate sprint planning and review meetings.
• Translate development requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Write comprehensive test plans and use cases.
• Create wireframes and screen mockups for application interfaces.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional Business Analyst experience.
• 5+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master for development teams.
• 5+ years of experience working within Agile/Scrum processes and Sprint Development.
• 5+ years of experience gathering requirements from users.
• 5+ years of experience translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• 5+ years of experience writing test plans and use cases.
• 5+ years of experience creating wireframes or screen mockups.
• 5+ years of experience running sprint planning and review meetings.
• 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps or TFS using boards.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
