Description

You will act as a senior resource for the MiTreas legacy conversion project, operating independently to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions using Waterfall and Agile methodologies to identify business processes and IT solution integration.
• Write, modify, and maintain system documentation and project management artifacts.
• Facilitate artifact reviews with security and system specialists to ensure compliance with agency policies and standards.
• Manage change control processes for production system fixes, system designs, and architecture standards.
• Monitor defect tracking logs, differentiate between defects and new requirements, and initiate change requests.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working within Agile environments.
• Expertise in writing and modifying technical system documentation.
• Ability to lead working sessions and present technical information to non-technical individuals.
• Experience validating estimates and project schedules against PMM and SEM methodologies.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to work onsite in Diamondale, Michigan, at least 2 days per week.
