Description

You will serve as the Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert for migrating a bank's lending platform to FIS ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System), including satellite applications and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define optimal solutions for the ACBS migration.
• Document, validate, and review functional requirements with IT, Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams.
• Manage end-to-end project deliverables through analysis, design, testing, data migration, and implementation phases.
• Coordinate test planning and execution, collaborating with QA and Business Owners to develop QA/UAT test plans and cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Extensive functional understanding of commercial lending business processes.
• Essential hands-on experience with FIS ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System).
• Proven experience leading functional requirements gathering and defining business specifications.
• Strong skills in data analysis, including data mapping between subledgers.
• Experience managing deliverables, timelines, and change control procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling data migration projects.
