You will act as a Business Analyst focused on IT and ERP project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple departments.
• Consolidate diverse needs from various business units into actionable specifications.
• Support RFP processes, including vendor evaluations and product selection.
• Analyze complex business processes to drive ERP project success.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SAP HR, specifically focusing on Workforce Management.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT or ERP project environments.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and formal documentation.
• Proficiency in Workforce Management systems.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder needs across multiple business units.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
