Description

You will oversee business requirements and vendor contracts within a multi-vendor program environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contracts for development, configuration, and operational activities.
• Review and approve program, project, or software artifacts produced by multiple vendors.
• Manage project documentation, meeting minutes, reports, and action item tracking.
• Support software development life cycle phases across multiple methodologies.
• Assist with CMS reporting, certification processes, and asset tracking to completion.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or assisting Project Managers.
• 5 years of experience working with Medicaid.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting claims processing.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting HIPAA and NCPDP transactions.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing.
• 1-2 years of experience managing multi-vendor projects.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
