You will manage business and project stakeholders for AEM initiatives in the banking domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage business and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Coordinate project workflows using Jira and ALM.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation processes.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in AEM projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and ALM.
• Experience using Blueprint and conference tools.
• Expertise in creating and managing BRDs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
