You will balance business analysis duties with facilitating agile processes for the scrum team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile processes and coach the scrum team to meet defined objectives.
• Enable cooperation across all roles and functions while removing blockers.
• Manage scrum team cadence and ensure adherence to all processes.
• Maintain audit compliance across team workflows.
• Perform business analysis tasks to support project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong business analysis background.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience using Rally for project tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, ACP, Scrum, or SA certifications.
