This role requires a Business Analyst with strong Agile/Scrum experience combined with BA responsibilities and QA exposure.
Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements, translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), write test cases, and manage defect tracking through resolution.
Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and track progress using Jira dashboards.
Create supporting documentation, provide end-user training, and support post-implementation troubleshooting.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Agile/Scrum project leadership.
Hands-on expertise in Jira, Confluence, and M365 Suite for dashboards and reporting.
Direct experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud (CRM) or similar platforms.
Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
