Description

You will lead Agile ceremonies, document business requirements, and support QA activities including UAT and test case creation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage Jira dashboards for progress tracking.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), write test cases, and manage defect tracking and resolution.
• Create end-user documentation, manuals, and training materials to support post-implementation adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Agile/Scrum project leadership.
• Hands-on expertise in Jira, Confluence, and the M365 Suite (dashboards, reporting, workflows).
• Proven experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud (CRM) or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
• Experience in nonprofit or philanthropic organizations.
• Familiarity with IT governance and cross-team coordination frameworks.
