Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Map current and future-state business processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced use of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis techniques.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and mapping.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
